Here’s a challenge for everyone. Squat your bodyweight for 100 reps, yes that is put your bodyweight on the bar. Try for as few of sets as possible and squat down to a box.

Olympic Lifting

Decided I am going to start getting more into Olympic style lifting. Over the past few weeks I have tested my maxes on them.

Push Jerk: 287lbsSplit Jerk: 251lbs
Power Clean: 263lbs
Power Snatch: 200lbs

Not bad for not doing these for a few years. Time to work on technique in order to get my lifts up higher. Time to train!
